Pole Instructor: Lydia

Lydia Parker pole dance instructor at Seduction Dance Studio has been teaching pole dancing for over 10 years. She has also taught pole dancing at Harcum College and currently at Haverford College for the pass 3 years to students. Lydia was also feature on the O.W.N Newtwork as a guest instructor on the show Checked Inn. She's also has a strong passion for pole dancing and is always coming up with new and fun pole moves for her students. She enjoys teaching, and takes the time to educate her clients on everything they need to know about pole dancing.

MeanHeels Instructor: Amina

My name is Amina Brown. I am a 20 year old dancer and choreographer. I’ve been dancing for 8 years and choreographing for 5 years. I’ve trained in ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, tap and commercial dancing. I’ve danced with Grace Theater 2nd Company and trained at Eleone Dance Theater. I graduated for the Creative and Performing Arts High School of Philadelphia in 2018 with and award in choreography and have been perfecting my craft even since. I began learning and teaching heels in 2017 and I been in love with it since then. As an artist, my work is extremely important and one of main outputs from my choreography is confidence. My style is very lively, energetic, full body and confident. One quote I live by is “When you look good, you feel good. When you feel good, you do good!” This is where all of my choreography stems from, CONFIDENCE.
