Rent our large studio in the Brewerytown area of Philadelphia. Free Off-street parking is available. This space is perfect for rehearsals and events small or large. We have 5 large round tables that seat 6 people and 40 white fold-out chairs also available for rent. For scheduling rehearsals, all bookings must be done by appointment. Since the studio is very active with dance classes rehearsals are scheduled by calling or texting your desired date and time to the property manager. We will schedule you in according to the availability of the space. To lock in your scheduled time PAYMENT MUST BE MADE PRIOR to your scheduled booking. All payments are nonrefundable. You can always choose to reschedule your rehearsal for another day. To schedule call or text for availability

Rehearsal Pricing:

Private one person: 1hrly $45   90mins: $65

Small group 2-5 people: 90 mins: $85   2hrs: $125

Medium group 6-12 people: 90mins $125     2hrs: $190

Large groups/ workshops 12+ people: 90mins: $150   2hrs: $225 (colored lights are included)

Chair rentals $1 per chair.
