Our pole conditioning class focuses on flexibility and strength. The one hour session will start with 30mins of deep stretching and then move to abs, arms, and booty workouts on the pole. This classes will help build your strength for regular pole classes. This class will have little to NO dancing. Pole conditioning is a exercise base class. We recommend this class be paired with our regular pole classes, to help prepare you for tricks and stunts.
